Middle East Petroleum and Gas Conference 2019

Mar 22, 2019

Addressing the continuing volatility and supply uncertainty faced by the global oil markets in the relationship between OPEC, US oil production and recent sanctions

The Iconic annual Middle East Petroleum & Gas Conference (MPGC) celebrates its 27th Anniversary in 2019.  After 27 years, MPGC remains the region’s longest running annual oil and gas conference for the global energy markets, organised by Conference Connection, a trusted brand and a hallmark of excellence in the thought leadership.

MPGC 2019 will address the new geopolitics of the global oil markets, even as the volatility in prices and oil demand have created opportunities for enhanced international collaboration and rationalisation. The conference will convene under the theme “Middle East Oil & Gas Markets: Geopolitics and Volatility” addressing the continuing volatility and supply uncertainty faced by the global oil markets in the relationship between OPEC, US oil production and recent sanctions.  Higher crude prices, changes in the structure of LNG markets, the dramatic rise in products trade, impact of the 2020 global sulphur cap, with the forecasts of a super cycle in refining, will provide an opportunity for diverse global players to engage on the most pressing commercial and industry concerns of the oil and gas markets, as well as the new trading partnership models of Middle East NOCs.   The MPGC 2019 agenda will feature seven plenary sessions in roundtable format with an emphasis on interactive debate and engagement plus audience polling.

The 27th Annual Middle East Petroleum & Gas Conference (MPGC 2019) will be held on 7 – 9 April 2019 in Dubai, with the support of Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC).
