What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site and complete your profile information.

Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you can contact us at support@refinerlink.com to request to be removed from the mailing list. Users who are removed from the mailing list will still receive emails only when orders are processed or for other pertinent account changes.

• To create anonymous user comparisons

We have Survey sections that pool user responses into demographic charts. These charts can be used by users to compare their responses to other users in industry.

• To provide contact information to other authorized users

When users apply for Job applications on our site, we collect contact information that can be used by the authorized agent who posted the job. User contact information will not be shared with anyone else other than the authorized agent who posted the job.


How do we protect your information?

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) may be kept on file in order to ensure that future charges for services requested and agreed to by customer can be completed as specified.

We use cookies to increase your customer experience. Your Login ID and password will be automatically stored to enable quick access to the website from your personal computer.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
