The Oil Products Forum Middle East (OPF 2015), with the theme of “The Middle Distillates Market: Pricing, Opportunities and Regulatory Initiatives” returns once again to Abu Dhabi, UAE, from April 22 – 23 2015 in conjunction with the Annual Middle East Petroleum and Gas Week Events. OPF 2015 will be organized by The Conference Connection Inc. in a strategic alliance with Platts and hosted by the Abu Dhabi National Company (ADNOC).    


Since its launch, OPF has grown in stature and prominence having addressed key developments in the Asian, Middle East and U.S. product and storage markets with coverage on middle distillates, gasoline, diesel, fuel oil, jet fuel, gasoil, LPG, gas to liquids, condensate, and naphtha.



 

OPF Middle East 2015 will provide a continuing update on key product consumption and outflow patterns, short/mid-term regional & global oil products demand/supply, the Middle East new refineries upgrading to produce 10ppm gasoil, the impact on changing 10ppm gasoil, implications for regional product balances, other product specifications and future trends on global trade flows, and the shift of U.S. refineries from gasoline to diesel. In addition, the impact of U.S. refining and exports on the expanding international products trade and the emerging markets, the role of product trading hubs and product pricing trends will be covered with specific reference to the Middle East, the middle distillates markets and the growth of spot trade in the product markets. 

 

OPF 2015 will also feature case studies on Abu Dhabi, China, Kuwait, Thailand, India, Saudi Arabia and the U.S. encompassing scenarios on supply/demand, pricing, trading and specifications. 

 

The distinguished panel will comprise of leading thinkers in the oil product business, key producers, refiners and specialists in trading, transportation, storage and pricing issues.

 

Past forums have seen diverse and prolific attendance from national oil companies, the oil majors, producers of both crude and products, refiners and product traders in gasoline, diesel, fuel oil and middle distillates, as well as those responsible for commercial operations, planning and product pricing issues and the petroleum exchanges.  It should also be of interest to supporting organizations specializing in financing, storage, transportation of fuels and technical experts.
