  • Maintain or exceed agreed service and customer satisfaction levels
  • Ensure 2nd/3rd line support is provided to the Technical Users (via Shell standard ticketing system) for issues not handled by other support service providers
  • Maintain and further develop close partnerships between SSW-Support, SOM, IM-IT, Specialized Service Desks and other TLS teams - covering all application, workflow, and infrastructure issues
  • Manage external supplier partner interfaces on day-to-day basis
  • Ensure ITIL processes including relevant ticketing are being followed by the regional teams
  • Ensure continued service improvement
  • Ensure boots-on the-ground pro-active activities are carried out by the regional teams
  • Ensure OSS and vendor interfacing for break/fix activities
