The ideal candidate for the role is someone who has extensive experience in Reliability for Plant Operation. This is an individual contributor role that drives and influences the organization to deliver and improve the availability and reliability performance of the facility.

What is the role?

The Reliability Engineer is the focal point for issues regarding availability and reliability of plant systems, with the responsibility and authority to drive the Reliability and Availability in the facility.

Other tasks include:
  • Coordination with Maintenance
  • Supports and enhance Production Team effectiveness
  • Performs analysis and assessments of production losses (planned or unplanned), equipment performance, along with reliability performance measure and effectively communicate to the organization
  • Development and improvement of equipment care plans and strategies








Required Qualifications

 
We are currently looking for someone who has a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas or Industrial setting.

Other requirements include:
  • Analytical skills or experience with Reliability Engineering systems/tools. (Pareto Analysis, FMEA, Fault Tree, LCA, Weibull / Crow AMSAA)
  • Knowledge in investigation skills, cost analysis, and Preventative Maintenance Optimization
  • Proficiency in using SAP is considered an asset.
  • Experience influencing and facilitating groups, assessing and mitigating risk, and leading change initiatives.
  • Ability to multi-task and integrate groups or information in a quick pace environment.
  • Stakeholder Management
