The ECM Coordinator is a critical role supporting the Enterprise Contractor Management (ECM) timekeeping and approval system which is in the process of being implemented across Midstream Operations. The ECM Coordinator is the primary interface with Contractor timekeepers, a subject matter expert, and the primary resource to assist Operations in implementing ECM and delivering value to Midstream long-term.

Responsibilities May Include

  • Processing and resolving all ECM exceptions, schedule changes etc.

  • Ensuring ECM timesheets are processed timely and accurately.

  • Maintaining ECM procedures and work processes on an on-going basis and ensuring compliance with those procedures, processes and standards.

  • Coordinating data gathering for new contractor set up and on-boarding.

  • Managing system access including user IDs, passwords, profiles, and security configurations.

  • Identifying and coordinating reporting requirements.

  • Maintaining all ECM master data (pay formulas, schedules, agreements etc.)

  • Providing operational support and training to end-users.

  • Proactively analyzing data to identify improvement and cost savings opportunities.

  • Interpreting and applying vendor contracts.

Required Qualifications

 
  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country

  • Associate degree

  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office software

  • Willingness and ability to perform and comply with the following, with or without reasonable accommodations: To travel up to 20% of the time to field locations

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5 or more years of experience in Midstream operations or related industry

  • Experience with TRACK software (Management Controls, Inc)

  • Experience with auditing

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
