Reporting to the team lead contracts, you will support the contract management activities and supplier relationship management activities on a variety of key projects.


  • Effective implementation, administration and coordination of contracts and service agreements to completion and close out
  • Develop contracting plans by coordinating and communicating with various project stakeholders the timely delivery of their responsibilities required for contract formation
  • Attest contractor invoices in compliance with established procedures and certify and approve the invoices
  • Apply change management process for contracts ensuring documentation is coordinated with the functional groups
  • Create, implement and maintain tracking systems and ensure signing authorities are adhered to for commitments
  • Assist in the preparation of claims defense cases
  • Communicate potential impacts and contract information as required
  • Coordinate with project management contractor performance assessments prior to contract close out
  • Support the warranty management process
