Using phone, emails and IVR systems and GSAP-CRM tools, to provide technical information and advice on product equivalence, choice and services to customers for all Lines of Business: Consumer, Industry and Transport Lubes; Fuels, Aviation, Bitumen, Retail and Marine where applicable. The staff will be supporting the US market and will be working on graveyard shift.
