Pipeline Maintenance Specialist

- Monitor contractors and inspectors to ensure safe work practices are being exercised
- Establish pipeline system maintenance plans based on the analysis of integrity data and support integrity, reliability and risk management programs
- Work closely with our operations and maintenance teams to collect data for executing pipeline repairs
- Provide technical support for maintenance-related issues within the business to ensure the integrity of both new and existing assets
- Oversee safety and project orientation for contract crews
- Review and approve non-destructive testing (NDT) reports
Required Qualifications
Must-haves (minimum requirements):
- Five years of pipeline experience, with an understanding of pipeline regulations
- Previous oil and gas experience
- A High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- A thorough understanding of pipeline maintenance processes and procedures
- Strong social, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Well-developed relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Strong multi-tasking and problem solving skills

Preference for:
- Experience with NDT methods and pipeline repair methods
- The ability to write technical scoping documents and interpret engineering construction specifications and drawings
- Functional proficiency in SAP
Where you’ll be working, your work schedule, and other important information:
- This is a safety sensitive position
- You will work out of our Cheyenne District Office, located at 1715 Fleischli Parkway
- Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, but you must be available for after-hour emergency call-outs
