Required Qualifications

 
  • 15+ years of progressive project controls experience in the oil and gas sector
  • Previous project controls experience in a leadership role with major projects greater than $100MM in size
  • Experience managing others and setting clear accountabilities in a cross-functional team environment
  • Additional experience in cost estimating, change management and risk management an asset
  • Post-secondary degree required

  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and business analytics
  • Ability to synthesize findings to the various audiences on the project
  • In-depth knowledge of multiple areas of supply chain management, the inter-dependencies between departments and processes, policies and procedures
  • Ability to translate analytics into business insights and key deliverables
  • Strong analytics background including experience using SAP and Excel
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) which allows you to partner and communicate effectively with remote stakeholders and key business contacts
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities
  • You possess a continuous improvement mindset especially in the area of process improvement
  • Strong people leader, and enjoys managing all people management processes
