Reporting to the senior coordinator credit support, you will be responsible for the integrity of customer master data for the Downstream wholesale business channels. You will build and maintain accounts in the wholesale SAP customer database to ensure the timely and accurate processing of sales invoices and billing correction.

  • Provide support in resolving related issues and producing monthly and ad hoc reports as well as creating efficiencies and improvements
  • Create and maintain SAP customer master data for the Downstream sales team, including direct and rack sales, marketer and Petro-Pass accounts
  • Support multiple third party electronic data interchange (EDI) billing applications and customer requests
  • Respond to, coordinate and create customer relationship management (CRM) activities relating to new or existing account set ups, pricing and tax exemptions
  • Provide guidance with tax changes due to government budget guidelines
  • Assist with ad hoc projects, identifying and crafting continuous improvement initiatives 
  • Monitor the SAP process control translator (PCT) system, clearing exceptions for timely completion of sales transactions and billing documents
  • Direct communication with external customers, wholesale marketers, internal sales, distribution and credit account managers, directing billing issues inquiries, invoice correction and root cause resolution of unsuccessful transactions

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum two years’ relevant experience
  • Bachelor degree, preferably in a business related discipline or an equivalent education

  • Strong analytical and computer literacy skills to work with a wide scope of computer applications as well as an advanced Microsoft Excel ability
  • Familiarity with SAP, CRM BW &/or Lumira is an asset
  • Deep understanding of invoicing specifics and financial impact to customers
  • Highly organized, strong communication and proven interpersonal skills to build cohesive relationships
  • Work well independently and collaborative with other team members
  • Forward thinking and takes initiative in resolving issues
  • Strong questioning attitude to solve problems efficiently, and strive towards continuous improvement mindset

  • This role will be located in Mississauga, Ontario (at our Sheridan Park office)
