Are you excited to be part of a strong administrative team within a large human resources department? In this temporary position, reporting to the coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the human resources strategic partner team in the administration and coordination of employee activity. You will act as a translator and facilitator of workforce movement.

  • Facilitate the centralized human resources administration process to ensure strategic partners are provided with the appropriate information and paperwork in a timely manner
  • Complete forms, templates, letters and calculations for all employee activities (including transfers, secondments, promotions, terminations, recognition awards etc.)
  • Send requests and submit appropriate data updates and requests to the employee centre, organization management, recruiting, on-boarding, or other partners as required. Ensuring readiness of all information required for the areas to process the request
  • Validate and track the timely receipt of documents, input of data into SAP and other systems as required, and investigate and follow up on tickets/requests as required
  • Develop a deep understanding and sorry familiarity with company human resources policies, procedures, operating areas, personnel, and general standards of company business, and provide advisory services as required
  • Identify gaps in internal processes, procedures and documentation and recommend process improvements
  • Provide administrative support to team and centres of excellence as required
  • Assess upcoming leave, return and contract end dates for employees and send notifications and reminders to leaders as required
