John Hi all Forgive me but does anyone have a high level guide on a cold refinery startup? Trying to get a feel of what will be needed and also what happens when a refinery goes cold. Assume all intermediates flushes out and by much left in the units, everything switched off and cold. Thanks for any help. Cheers John
